Generic Application Form
Online application forms are fine for small amounts of information but tedious and difficult to secure for more detailed forms. We have tried to make our application process straight forward, we have prepared a simple Generic Application Form - click to download and save the form. PDF forms don't normally allow you to edit and save information, resulting in most people having to complete them by hand (if you are comfortable with that print the form and proceed). However for your convenience we have accessed, free for your use, a clever program from UK based Blueberry Consultants which allows you to edit and save your application (and many other pdf forms) even when you are not online click here for installation and user instructions.
If you only require a preliminary assessment of your loan options then go no further. However if you want us to begin the real application process then we will also need you to send supporting documents - please read on.
The following is a list of supporting documents that we will require to go with your loan application - you may be asked to provide additional information. Initially we want you to fax or use our secure upload to send copies so that we can verify that you have everything correct. Once we have done this we will require you to express post the originals and certified copies (see below) direct to your application manager - DO NOT POST UNTIL INSTRUCTED. Also in the interest of protecting your privacy we have a secure file upload facility. NOTE: ALL DOCUMENTS IN OTHER THAN ENGLISH MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A TRANSLATION - THE TRANSLATOR MUST BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED WITH NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS.
- Identification (certified copies);
- If you are an existing loan or transaction account customer (does not include credit card) of the lender we are using for this application, you only need to provide a recent statement confirming your current account number, name and address, and a plain copy of your current passport otherwise;
- Initially send us a clear copy of your passport. Lender's identification requirements differ so please wait for our instructions once you have selected the lender. However they will require certified copies of your identity preferably certified by an Australian Consular official. When copying photo ID they must be clear and so we recommend that they are enlarged and lightened. We repeat wait for the specific lender's instructions - we will email these as soon as you make your selection.
- Income Verification (originals);
- provide two most recent computer generated pay slips or 3 months bank statements showing wages deposits and a letter from your employer
- Taxation Notice of Assessment or equivalent
- if self employed 2 years taxation returns for all entities and notice of assessments
- copy of lease or rental statement for any existing rental properties
- rental appraisal for any new investment property purchase not currently tennanted
- Liabilities & Expenses (originals);
- latest monthly statement of any liability eg: car loan, mortgage or credit cards
- most recent consecutive 6 month statements for any loan being refinanced by this application. Statement must include name, address and account number. If current statement not available you can provide an 'old' statement accompanied by an internet transaction history to confirm current good conduct.
- Assets (originals) ;
- rates notice of all properties owned in Australia
- bank statement confirming current balance which includes your name, address and account number. You can provide an 'old' statement accompanied by an internet transaction balance confirmation.
- to prove your savings record please provide most recent consecutive 6 months of savings account statements that show accumulated savings of at least 3% of the purchase price.
- Contract of Sale (a clear copy)
- we only require the pages showing the property details ( address, lot number etc) and the signature pages (even if you have not yet signed them).
